Second hand trucks remanufacturing is an industrialized systematic production process, which restores used trucks to OEM new vehicle performance parameters, safety coefficient and service life, rather than temporary maintenance or appearance renovation.

Stage 1: Incoming Vehicle Access & Elimination Standards (Admission Threshold)

Stage 2: Full Disassembly & Classification Management Standards

- Calibrate fuel injection pump and injector parameters to restore rated power output and original fuel consumption level
- Bench dynamometer test: Power ≥95% of new engine rated power, crankcase pressure within qualified range, no blue smoke/black smoke during operation
Transmission & Drive Axle Standard
- Disassemble gearbox, replace worn gears, friction plates and synchronizers, adjust meshing clearance
- Four-wheel drive and rear axle differential are fully inspected and calibrated to eliminate power slipping and abnormal noise under full load

Brake & Suspension System Standard
- Air brake pipeline, brake chamber, brake shoe are all renewed; braking response is synchronized on left and right sides

Stage 5 Electrical System Renewal & Whole Vehicle Assembly Standards
- Aging whole remanufactured trucks wiring harness, sensors, instrument panels, control switches are fully replaced to avoid short-circuit failures
- Assembly is carried out strictly in accordance with OEM assembly sequence and torque standard; each bolt is tightened with torque wrench and recorded

Stage 6 Anti-Corrosion Spraying & Whole Vehicle Traceability Marking Standards

Anti-rust epoxy primer is sprayed on chassis and all metal structural parts firstly, followed by wear-resistant topcoat paint for exterior body panels. - After painting is finished, exclusive permanent traceability serial numbers and vehicle identification codes are printed on the frame and body surface.
